It is a modern and stylish villa with a beautiful terrace and garden which are complemented by its single-storey design for easy access to all areas of the villa.
The shops and restaurants of Faro Park are easily accessed through a private gate on the urbanization. A good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets are all a 7 minute walk from the villa. Beyond this commercial area the sea front promenade provides a fabulous 9 kms walk for the more energetic from the Light House to the centre of Playa Blanca and beyond to the Marina Rubicon.
The centre of Playa Blanca is four kms away for additional shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The centre is approximately 5 minutes by car. There is a local bus services, the bus stop is a 7 minute walk from Villa Amura, and the service runs every 30 minutes and costs €1.40 per person. Taxis are readily available and cost approximately €5.00 to the town centre.
